Borg Knight Solicitors together with Law at Work (Malta) and BCGL Advocates organised an interactive workshop on How to Avoid the Finding of An Unfair Dismissal Claim. This was held on 5 March 2010.   In view of the demand an afternoon workshop was also organised. During the two workshops the following was discussed: 

 When can an employer terminate an employee's employment. 

 The proper and fair procedure to follow.

 How to conduct a fair hearing.

 What records should be kept and why.

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Roselyn Knight, Dr. Matthew Brincat and Dr. Andrew Borg Cardona.  The facilitator for the workshop was Mr. John Muscat Drago.
