We will help you manage employee relations in order to avoid disputes arising and, if they do, we will endeavour to obtain a positive outcome.
Funding OptionsWe are able to assist you on particular matters as and when you need help you will be charged only for the time we essentially spend advising you. We aim to give you an estimate of costs in advance, however if you prefer and depending on the job you request, we will agree a fixed fee with you in advance to carry out a particular piece of work. Alternatively we are happy to work on a retainer basis. If you would like to take up our retainer service we will agree a fixed fee in advance with you for an agreed level of service over an agreed period of time. The level of service we offer is dependent upon your needs - our service is entirely flexible so you will only pay for what you actually need and we will adjust our service to suit the particular needs of your business. The duration of the retainer is also flexible. For example, this could be for three months, six months, one year, or ongoing, reviewable by mutual agreement.
TrainingGood employment practices are essential to the proficient operation of all businesses, and in view of the ongoing changes to the legislation we can provide bespoke training for HR professionals and other managers. Training may be held at your premises or any location of your choice. We provide training seminars ranging from disciplinary issues, harassment and bullying, discrimination, through to an overview of employment law. |
