Contracts of Employment
A contract exists as soon as the employee accepts an employer’s terms and conditions of employment. Although it is advisable to provide employees with contracts what the law requires is for employers to provide employees with a written statement of the main terms and conditions of employment. 

Employers must provide their employees within two calendar months of working, with a written statement of the main terms and conditions of employment.
