Employees on low income shall be exempt from paying fees for lodging an employment tribunal claim. It seems that the Tribunal fees will eventually be introduced in December 2013. In November 2011 a full consultation should be launched on this matter. |

At yesterday's Federation of Small Business AGM (North Kent) the following people were appointed: Neville Gaunt as Chairman, Debasish Sen and David Milham as Vice Chairmen, Dermot Sheehan as Treasurer and Roselyn Knight as Secretary. This was followed by a great dinner at Ghurka Cuisine in Chatham, Kent.

Borg Knight Solicitors is sponsoring Cross Roads Care Medway in hosting a Coffee Morning on Wednesday 15 September 2010 at the Scout Hut, Hatton Road, Lordswood, Chatham from 10.00am to 1.00pm. Cross Roads Care is a charity who support local carers. Providing short-term respite care in their homes offering help and support along with allowing carers to have to have some "me" time. |
